Signal Seller Agreement
Operational draft 1.0. A Signal Seller is an independent third-party signal/content provider, not an employee, agent, investment adviser or portfolio manager of Trade Cycle Bot. The Seller is responsible for the legality, accuracy, content, marketing, taxes and commercial obligations of its service and for its own payment-provider accounts.
Approval and integrity
No Seller may sell through the marketplace or publish signals until TCB administrator approval. Published signals are retained in an immutable audit history. Retraction is recorded but does not erase the original signal. Manipulated histories, fabricated performance and misleading claims are prohibited.
Customer separation
The Seller does not receive customer exchange API secrets, balances, positions, order sizing or private TCB strategy configuration through this service. The Seller publishes BUY/SELL information with a TTL; the customer independently decides where to create a SIGNAL indicator and which classic technical indicator confirms it.
Payments
Seller subscriptions are charged directly through the Seller's connected Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments or CoinPayments account. The Seller is responsible for merchant-provider compliance, fees, taxes, refunds and mandatory consumer obligations that apply to the Seller.
Compliance
The Seller must comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Describing material as educational or adding a disclaimer does not replace obligations that arise from the substance of the activity. TCB may reject, suspend or stop distribution for legal, security, abuse, fraud or integrity reasons.
Delivery limitations
Signals may be delayed, duplicated, retracted, expire or fail to arrive because of Seller systems, networks, TCB infrastructure, customer VPS, exchange APIs or other third parties. TCB does not guarantee instantaneous or uninterrupted delivery.
This operational document should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a public commercial launch in each relevant jurisdiction.
