How does it work for a STANDARD customer?
A STANDARD customer can receive refunds on their own subscription for eligible referrals, subject to the program's current limits and conditions.
What is an AFFILIATE account?
It is a mode assigned by Trade Cycle Bot to selected partners. Instead of a refund on their own subscription, the partner can earn commissions from paid referrals under their assigned terms.
When does a referral qualify?
The referral must be correctly linked to the code and meet the cycle's valid-payment conditions. Refunds, chargebacks or other events that invalidate the payment can affect eligibility.
