Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access until the end of the paid billing period. Refund requests are assessed under the applicable contract and mandatory consumer law. We do not use a blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” rule where mandatory law provides a right to refund or withdrawal. If immediate performance of a digital service legally requires express acknowledgement regarding withdrawal rights, the checkout will collect that acknowledgement.

Failed renewal payments may suspend the service for up to 15 days. If unpaid after that period, the service may be terminated and the six-month backup-retention period described in the Terms may apply.
