Third-Party Signal Risk Disclosure

Signal Sellers are independent third parties. Trade Cycle Bot does not create, endorse or guarantee the accuracy, profitability, suitability or timeliness of an individual Seller signal.

A signal may be wrong, delayed, duplicated, retracted or unavailable. Market price can move before reception or order execution, and delivery may fail because of networks, infrastructure, VPS, software, exchange or API conditions.

TCB confirmation rule

A third-party signal never directly places an order. It changes the state of an indicator whose type is SIGNAL. TCB does not permit SIGNAL to authorize an automated trading action by itself. Every formula path using SIGNAL must combine it through AND with at least one classic technical market indicator such as RSI, BBP, STOCH, MACD, moving averages, volume, volatility or directional indicators. Another SIGNAL does not count, and TCB-special indicators do not count as the required classic confirmation.

The user controls where the SIGNAL indicator is created (INITIAL BUY, SELL/EXIT or a DCA level BUY/SELL), the remaining formula, sizing, exchange permissions and risk settings. No signal or historical result guarantees future performance. Only use capital you can afford to lose.
