Automated Trading Responsibility Acknowledgement
Effective version 1.1. By registering or activating a Trade Cycle Bot account, the customer acknowledges that TCB installations associated with the account can be configured to place, modify and cancel orders automatically on connected third-party exchanges according to settings chosen by the customer.
The customer is responsible for deciding whether and how to use automated trading, for the exchange account and API permissions used, and for strategy formulas, parameters, capital allocation, position sizing, DCA settings, margin or borrowing settings, risk limits and other trading configuration. TCB does not guarantee profit, capital preservation, execution, liquidity or uninterrupted operation.
Automated trading can produce rapid or repeated market actions and can result in partial or total loss of capital. Exchange, API, network, VPS, market-data, liquidity and software conditions can delay, reject or prevent orders or protective actions.
This acknowledgement applies to the customer's present and future TCB installations associated with the account while this document version remains current. Creating an account or accepting this acknowledgement does not itself place an order or enable live trading.
Nothing in this acknowledgement waives rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.
